I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Colorado, specializing in the neurodevelopmental assessment of children and adolescents. I have expertise in the assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disorders, ADHD, and a variety of other social, emotional, and developmental concerns. My practice is focused on the evaluation of such disorders, as well as guidance for educational planning and other interventions. When children are struggling to learn, interact, make appropriate developmental gains, regulate their emotions or behavior, keep up in school, stay organized, make friends, retain things they have learned, do homework, or in some other way manage the functions of being a child, a psychological evaluation may be warranted. Psychological evaluation focused on possible underlying developmental issues that may be contributing to a child’s difficulties is a powerful tool in putting the child and their family on a path toward healthy development that maximizes strengths and provides support for weaknesses. I respect the unique gifts and challenges that each individual brings to bear in the world. I believe in the right of every child to be supported by adults who are empowered with knowledge and strategies to help them. Through diagnostic evaluation and personalized intervention planning, I strive as a child psychologist to help children and youth achieve success in their everyday lives.
